In the words of Ben Rogers, TMF Education & Manager of TMF Education and Employee Development at LMK Clinical Research Consulting, “a TMF Champion is someone who fosters and promotes appreciation and recognition of the TMF within their organization. They are an advocate of collaboration amongst the organizational functional areas for TMF inspection readiness. A supportive TMF Champion listens to the challenges of their team and works to address those through effective organizational changes.”
