For those looking to go deeper, TMF University offers formal accreditation in partnership with IAOCR, the gold standard for TMF certification. It’s currently the world’s only accredited TMF education program, offering pathways for both TMF associates and TMF managers. Learners who pursue this track complete a portfolio that demonstrates their ability to apply TMF principles in real-life scenarios — something that stands out on a resume and during interviews.

But not everyone starts with a full commitment. And that’s okay.

Last year, many future TMF University students got their start with TMF Career Week — a free, four-day workshop created to support both newcomers and seasoned professionals. It’s designed to sharpen skills, provide clarity, and build confidence.
